The City of Casey launched an annual business insights survey in 2023, this was to help understand the needs and challenges of local businesses. Open to all businesses operating in the City of Casey, the survey provides business owners with an opportunity to share their experiences and perspectives with Council and to help shape future initiatives and programs.

Council has carefully assembled a list of questions relating to the nature of your business, how your business has performed in recent times, your views on the current business environment and the types of support services that you believe will help you grow and sustain your business in future.

It should be noted that only business operators with an Australian Business Number and located within City of Casey municipality are eligible to participate in this survey.
