Project objective

We're developing a new Affordable Housing Policy to replace the expired Affordable Housing Strategy.

What information do we need from the community?

We are seeking feedback from our community regarding the draft Affordable Housing Policy before it is considered by Council.

What can the community influence?

  • Suggestions for improving the Policy actions or focus areas.
  • How Council partners with service providers.
  • Ideas for additional positions within the Policy.

What can’t the community influence?

  • State Government housing regulations
  • Broader housing market pressures
  • The endorsement timeline of this Policy.
