Senior Rights Victoria

Provides information, support, advice, and education to help prevent elder abuse and safeguard the rights, dignity and independence of older people. Services include helpline, specialist legal services, advocacy for individuals and education. If you are Victorian aged 60 and above, or an Indigenous Victorian aged 45 and above, we can help you on matters relating to elder abuse and ageing. This includes: intervention orders, grandparenting, guardianship and administration, family care and 'granny flat' arrangements, misuse of powers of attorney.
