The concept design for Ashford Close Reserve Playground aims to upgrade the existing play space by improving accessibility, offering a more diverse range of play experiences, and enhancing the natural environment.

The two existing playgrounds will be combined and expanded to accommodate new play equipment including:

· a combination unit with two slides,

· a climbing and balancing structure that will allow for a mix of senior and junior play,

· a pendulum swing,

· a swing set with one senior seat, one junior seat and a basket swing

The play equipment will cater to users of all ages and physical abilities while preserving the opportunity for adventurous play.

The existing basketball court will be upgraded to better serve the community's needs.

Additionally, a new concrete path will be introduced, crossing through the play space, and connecting to the existing path network to improve the flow of users through the new playground.

Shading trees and park furniture will be strategically placed to enhance the overall quality of the space.
