Help shape the future of Berwick Village Activity Centre
Berwick Village Activity Centre is recognised as a key hub by both the State Government and local planning guidelines. The existing Berwick Structure Plan (2011), now over 13 years old and needs a thorough update to make sure it meets the current and future needs of our community. Structure plans help to guide the development of an area based on community goals, policies and background information.
Berwick Village Activity Centre has a unique village character, which is much loved by the community however we recognise that there are various issues and concerns related to the current state of the area.
Our goal is to update the current structure plan, starting with speaking to the community, to make sure it is ready for future growth and development, while also maintaining and enhancing the area's local amenity and village feeling to be enjoyed by the local community for years to come.
Feel free to take part in however many ways you want. Your ideas matter to us, we welcome multiple submissions on the vision board and map.
Public consultation begins on Tuesday 12 March and ends on Tuesday 23 April at 5pm.
