The City of Casey’s annual Children's Week event, Spring into Play, will be held on Thursday 24 October at the Old Cheese Factory in Berwick.

To assist us in designing a safe, fun event for children up to six years old, we would like to ask them (with the help of parents/carers/educators) what/who helps them feel safe and what activities they enjoy.

Childrens’ responses will assist in developing a fun event that will help them relax and play with their friends and families, in a safe, clean environment.

We invite you to complete the below survey with your child. There is also the option for children to draw and submit a picture of their favourite activity.

By completing the survey, your child will go in the draw to win one of two family passes to Myuna Farm in Doveton*.

The survey will open on Monday 15 July and close at 9.00 am on Monday 5 August. Winners from the prize draw will be announced and notified by email within 3 business days of the Draw.
