The City of Casey strives to deliver services that meet the needs of its growing community. Since 2002, we have delivered a successful graffiti removal program. Our approach to graffiti removal has long been valued by the Casey community. The ability for residents to report graffiti to Council for removal assists us in ensuring it’s removed in a timely manner.

In most cases, we can remove graffiti within one business day from private property, local businesses, sporting facilities, parks and playgrounds, Council facilities and buildings and signs.

Any offensive graffiti reported and confirmed is usually removed within four hours (during daylight hours).

How to make a report:

3. To help make reporting graffiti within Casey easier and quicker, we also offer direct reporting via a free app. 

The Victorian Graffiti Register app enables users to report graffiti as soon as they see it and while they are on the move. 

The app populates the location you are reporting from and allows you to attach photographs to your report which help our dedicated graffiti removal team to locate and remove the graffiti as quickly as possible.  

The free Victorian Graffiti Register app can be downloaded to your smartphone or tablet via the App Store or Google Play by searching VICGR. Once downloaded, click on the create account link and enter the required information.
