Help improve services: Your feedback will guide the Council in making support services more accessible and effective for everyone.

Anyone who:

• Lives in the City of Casey
• Works or volunteers for a health or community service organisation or community group
• Is helping someone else complete the survey (e.g. as an interviewer)
• At the start of the survey, you’ll be asked to choose one of these options so we can ask you the most relevant questions.

If you need help to complete the survey — you can ask a friend, family member, or support worker to assist you. You can otherwise reach out to Council, who can also help you complete the survey.

Yes. Your answers will be kept private and will only be used to help improve services.

The Council will use the information gathered from the survey to better understand the barriers people face when trying to access community support services. This will help them make informed decisions and plan improvements that benefit everyone in the community.
