Council is seeking your feedback on a proposal to sell part of the Council‑owned land known as Lots 2 and 3, located at the rear of 21 Ballarto Road and 12 Oroya Grove, Clyde.

Following assessment, the land has been identified as suitable for sale.

The land currently has a drainage easement that will remain in place.

The Proposal is that the subdivided land be sold by private treaty to the adjoining landowner/s. At this stage, only the landowners abutting Lots 2 and 3 have agreed to purchase.

Casey City Council (Council) gives notice under section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) of its intention to subdivide and sell part of the land known as Lots 2 & 3 on proposed PS938155P and located at the rear of 21 Ballarto Road and 12 Oroya Grove, Clyde (the Proposal). The subject land to be sold is shown in red on the plan below.

The land is currently encumbered by a drainage easement which will be retained.

The Proposal is that the property be sold by private treaty to the adjoining landowner/s.
