The Smart Casey Launchpad

In 2020, we engaged with Casey residents, local businesses, partner organisations and employees through several online workshops and surveys to understand the smart city priorities across the community.
These insights shaped the program and influenced the focus areas, principles and approach to driving smart city action.

The diagram below shows that achieve our focus area objectives, we need to create an internal and external environment that is ready for smart city action. This is driven by community, partnerships, education and innovation.
