Digital skills mentoring sessions for over 55s

City of Casey in partnership with NBN, U3A and Connected Libraries are offering two new programs to boost the digital skills of older adults over the age of 55.

Program 1: Live Life Digitally Connected - A Technology Series for over 55s

Through speakers and experts on a range of digital topics, we will bring to life why being connected is essential for older adults.

Learn how to get and stay connected, make the best of your connectivity to enjoy life, and stay safe online.

This content series will be hosted in-person and online.

In Person:

  • Where: Cranbourne Library, 65 Berwick-Cranbourne Rd, Cranbourne East or online
  • When: Wednesdays every fortnight, 10.00am – 11.30am
  • In-person support provided by U3A
  • Attend as many sessions as you like in-person

Program 2: Digital Mentor 1:1 Support

We are offering older adults the chance to obtain free technology and device support.

Meet with a trained U3A digital mentor to address questions about your device or technology in general.

  • No bookings required, drop-in only
  • Bring your device if you have one
  • Come with any questions or problems you have
  • Available at various library locations and times - view the schedule at this link
