About the project
Council is planning improvements for Somerville Road Village (The Fairway) to help create a more welcoming place for the community.
The proposed concept design focuses on creating a more welcoming and enjoyable place by introducing new seating, higher‑quality landscaping, footpath artwork, and additional trees. These improvements aim to enhance comfort, increase use of the centre, and support a safer, more vibrant environment for the local community and businesses.
