A Design Guide is a technical document providing a series of high level design principles for the study area. It’s not a statutory plan and does not provide detailed advice for specific locations or projects.
2. How will this guide affect my property?
This document is a vision for Council’s future advocacy purposes. There are no plans or actions that Council would be implementing on each individual properties.
3. Are there any changes to the Urban Growth Boundary proposed?
The intent of Casey’s Southern Urban Rural Interface Guide is to look at the existing UGB context and its interface treatments only.
4. Will Council be acquiring any land?
There are no recommendations of Council acquiring land as part of this project.
