Project objective

We’re seeking community feedback to inform our new Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP).

The Disability Inclusion Action Plan outlines our commitment to making the City of Casey a more inclusive and accessible place for all and aims to reduce and eliminate barriers in our physical, digital, and social environments.

We want to know how we can support members of our community with lived experience of disability and break down barriers to enable the full participation of people with a disability who live, work, visit and study in the City of Casey.

Feedback from our Disability Access and Inclusion Advisory Group (DAIAG) and broader community will be used to inform our draft Disability Inclusion Action Plan 2024-28.

Project impacts

Community feedback will help to inform the draft plan and identify areas of improvement or any concerns regarding disability access and inclusion within the City of Casey.

What information do we need from the community?

Our community and key stakeholders are invited provide feedback and suggestions on what to include in our draft plan to make the City of Casey more inclusive.

What can the community influence?

  • The community can provide feedback on all aspects relating to disability access and inclusion within the City of Casey
