Thank you to our community for your feedback. There was a total 241 survey/submission responses with around 70% of respondents commuting on Churchill Park Drive at least weekly. There was also a slightly higher vote for reducing the current speed limit from 80km/h to the proposed 70km/h in the interest of motorist safety, increased traffic flow and wildlife interactions. City of Casey has now received formal endorsement by Department of Transport to reduce the speed limit, with installation of the new speed signs to occur by the end of November 2022.
