City of Casey is excited to launch the Climate Action Living Lab!

A Living Lab is an experimentation program designed to test new solutions with the community. Council works in partnership with businesses, not-for-profit organisations and research institutions to co-design and trial solutions with the Casey community.

Climate Action Living Lab will trial climate action solutions focusing on three themes:

1. Sustainability and biodiversity

2. Safety and climate resilience

3. Renewable energy

We are asking for the community's feedback on the drafted challenges to address each on of the three themes. The Living Lab aligns with the City of Casey's Climate Action Plan and Environment Strategy, to set the City of Casey on course for a sustainable and resilient future.

Grant applications for the Climate Action Living Lab will open in August 2024.
