The City of Casey is advocating for delivery of a shared-use path along the Princes Freeway reserve connecting Clyde Road to Kangan Drive.

The project will provide a safe and direct connection to the Berwick Health and Education Precinct, including St John of God Hospital and Casey Hospital, supporting residents, students, staff, and visitors. This link will strengthen access to one of the region's most significant employment and health precincts, enhancing overall connectivity, especially for Berwick residents south of the freeway.
