The City of Casey is advocating for delivery of missing path link along Evans Road, south of Thompsons Road, to Paramount Boulevard, and new crossing point at Volk Road.

There's a lack of safe walking infrastructure on Evans Road, south of Thompsons Road, which creates a significant barrier to accessing Merinda Park Railway Station, Rangebank Business Park and growing commercial and industrial precinct, and various health facilities.

Completing this missing link will improve safety and accessibility and support active and sustainable transport modes reducing car dependency along a heavily trafficked road corridor.
