Duplication of Pound Road and Greaves to deliver a safe and efficient east–west transport link between Dandenong South and the Princes Freeway.

The project includes duplication of approximately 7km of arterial road, upgrades to key intersections, conversion of roundabouts to signalised intersections at Shrives Road, The Avenue/Wood Road and Berwick Springs Promenade, upgrades along Cranbourne Road, and new traffic signals at Kilberry Boulevard, Amberly Park Drive and Moondarra Drive.

Additional works include new pedestrian crossings at bus stops and water culvert upgrades.

These improvements will reduce congestion, improve safety and travel reliability, enhance access for public transport users and pedestrians, and support efficient freight and commuter movement across Casey’s growing residential and employment areas.
