- Legal requirements Council must follow
- Everyday processes that make sure bins are collected safely and on time.

Decision-making process
Following the close of community engagement on 8 April 2026, community and stakeholder feedback will be analysed and considered.
A Community Engagement Summary report will be developed and shared with the community via Casey Conversations.
Final document will be presented to Council for consideration in May 2026.
