Duplication and extension of Linsell Boulevard to further strengthen the east-west arterial network servicing the Cranbourne, Cranbourne East, and Clyde North precincts by creating a link for three major arterial roads in the southeast.

With the recently completed Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road duplication, this project will:

• Reduce heavy vehicle and through traffic in the Cranbourne Major Activity Centre
• Build on plans to revitalise the Cranbourne Major Activity Centre and improve safety
• Improve road freight operation on the major arterial road network.

The project can be delivered in two stages, with Stage 1 prioritising the arterial road declaration and duplication of Linsell Boulevard between Clyde Road and Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road.
