Youth Counselling wants to say Thank You! We love what we do and are grateful that we get to do it with you.

World Gratitude Day takes place on September 21 this year. We think it is a great chance to step back and think about what we are thankful for.

Research tells us that there are numerous benefits to being grateful. It can improve your mood, relationships, and physical wellbeing.
