Casey City Council (Council) gives notice under section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) of its intention to enter into six leases with Ausnet, ACN 603 317 559, for ten electrical kiosks located at the following locations, (the Proposal):

The purpose of the lease will be for the installation/maintenance of an electrical sub-station of a telecommunications network and service.

The principal terms of the lease will be:

Fixed Term: 30 years;
Commencement Date: to be confirmed
Commencement Rent: $1 per annum plus GST indexed annually by 3%. You may view the lease specifics (including map overlays) in the document library on this page.
