Council reviewed the Advertising and Promotional Signage on Council Active Recreation Reserves Policy. This policy guided how advertising and promotional materials were displayed at active recreation reserves, balancing the needs of local sporting clubs with safety, amenity, and community expectations.

Sporting clubs, sponsoring local businesses, regular reserve users, and the broader community were invited to share their feedback. This input helped shape the revised policy before it was presented to Council for endorsement.
