About the project

Council is reviewing the Advertising and Promotional Signage on Council Active Recreation Reserves Policy. This policy guides how advertising and promotional materials are displayed at our active recreation reserves, balancing the needs of local sporting clubs with safety, amenity, and community expectations.

We invited sporting clubs, sponsoring local businesses, regular reserve users, and the broader community to share their feedback. Your insights will help shape the revised policy before it is presented to Council for endorsement.

Consultation closed Sunday 29 March.

Next Steps

Officers will review feedback received and a final document will be presented to Councillors for consideration at its May 2026 meeting.
