- Legislative of planning constraints
- Policy expiry date and endorsement timeline.
- Councils requirement to maintain safety and amenity standards.

Decision-making process
Following the close of community engagement on 29 March 2026, community and stakeholder feedback will be analysed and considered.
A Community Engagement Summary report will be developed and shared with the community via Casey Conversations.
Final document will be presented to Council for consideration in May 2026.
