The Doveton Pool in the Park Master Plan 2022 is now adopted!

Thank you to the community for your input in shaping the outcome of the site.

The Master Plan provides direction for future infrastructure works for the Doveton Pool in the Park site to deliver an Outdoor Pool and Year-round accessible Park.

The draft Master Plan was informed by extensive feedback received through various phases of community and stakeholder engagement and informed by various key targeted assessments.

This Master Plan provides an overview of the recommended works to revitalise the Doveton Pool in the Park site. The recommended works are guided by Councils Aquatic and Leisure Facilities Strategy 2019-41 and Open Space Strategy 2014 and are proposed to be delivered through Council’s Capital Works Program as well as through State and Federal funding support.

The City of Casey will continue to advocate to the State and Federal Government to seek 50 per cent contribution to funding the project.
